Return & Exchange policy of coolcoolmart.com
At the time of delivery while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund. Once you have accepted an open box delivery, Return request will not be processed, in case of manufacturing defects. (we Suggest customer must keep original tag, label and packaging)
In case of exchange the goods customer have to pay delivery charge or Costumer can exchange/return in next Order’s delivery free of cost.
For return or exchange any product customer have to raise the complaint within 48hrs (2days) after receiving of products. After 48hrs (2days) no return or exchange request will be accepted.
Please note that only one refund Request can be made per each order,
In case of exchanging product if it is not in stock of coolcoolmart either customer can purchase any other goods or can request for refund amount in bank account or Cool Cool Wallet Balance, which can be use in your next order.
. Refund to your original bank account within 3-5 weeks upon confirmation.
If there any dispute Coolcoolmart.com reserves the right of final decision.
